一.系统简介System Profile

现场总线集散式(葫芦控制系统)利用高可靠的工业现场总线技术,将分布在不同地点的多个节点联系在一起,最后和一台控制主机连接。控制主机作为中央控制器进行统一的监控和管理,从而形成一个分布式的控制系统。整个系统全部采用模块化结构,大大减少了现场布线的难度,单总线技术,最大程度的减少了电力电缆的用量。大大提高了系统的可靠性。同时,使用工业触摸屏作为人机对话界面,具有操作简单,运行可靠的特点。代表了机械控制最新的技术发展水平。

控制系统方案介绍Introduction to the control system

1) 根据机械系统的复杂性与特点,控制系统采用先进的计算机控制及工业网络技术实现四级控制:上位机程控->控制台下位机程控->控制台手控->就近控制(柜控)。

设备升降限位:设备升降时有行程开关,行程开关使电机停止运行;检测设备到达行程开关位置则不允许再向极限外方向运行。极限开关的信号不送入计算机,直接切断电机的电源并使制动器动作。

二.系统构成及流程

System Composition and Process

2.1  数字式控制系统构成:Digital control system composition:

     本系统主要由五大部分构成:主控计算机,台式操作台、PLC集控柜,电动葫芦主控柜,电动葫芦控制箱。系统结构框图如图1所示:This system is mainly composed of five parts: main control computer, PLC centralized control cabinet, electric hoist main control cabinet, electric hoist control box.The block diagram of the system is shown in figure 1

2.2  现场总线集散式控制系统说明Description of Fieldbus Centralized Control System

PLC集控柜是系统的中心枢纽 ,台式操作台和主控计算机通过串行总线接在PLC集控柜上,PLC集控柜通过现场总线与电动葫芦主控柜相连。PLC集控柜接受上位机发送来的控置信息,存储在本地大容量的电子盘中。同时,将正在运行的葫芦位置及状态信息传送给主控计算机,在主控计算机上显示出来。

现场总线集散式(电动葫芦控制系统)的最大特点为:系统采用了全分布式结构。将控制器和执行机构做成一体化装置。这样,使现场线缆使用降至最低,大大减小了现场施工的难度,提高了系统的可靠性。 Field bus distributed (electric hoist control system) the biggest feature is: the system adopts distributed structure.  分布式电动葫芦采集控制箱为分布式控制器的核心,它接受传感器采集过来的位置信息,及控制台发送过来的控制信息,经过运算后通过现场总线传送给控制台,控制台将相应数据送至后台PC进行显示。同时,当运行到设定位置后,通过PLC控制变频器进行相应的动作。

三.操作说明Operational instructions

1. 系统进入System entry.

1.1  打开电源,操作台上的电源灯亮,手自动旋钮选择到自动位置,触摸屏上电,此时系统会出现如图所示的登录界面,如下所示。

1.2  点击“进入系统”按钮,将进入操作界面,如下图,封页上有两个大类,八个按钮,点击后可进入相应的操作页面。以下分别介绍。

2. 控制选择 Control Selection

2.1 控制选择项,本自动系统分为三种控制方式:摇杆控制方式,自动定位控制方式,集中场景控制方式,当使用时,可以任意选择一种控制方式。

半自动操作的流程是:The procedures for semi-automatic rocker operation are:

自动操作的流程是:The automatic procedure is:

2.定位葫芦:Position Gourd:

3.定位中途的停止:Halfway through location:

如果在定位过程中,想立刻停止葫芦运行,往下摇动摇杆,葫芦将停止运行。

2.4  集中场景控制方式:Centralized scene control:

2.4.1 编辑场景Edit Scene

1.点击图片22.png按钮,将会出现场景编辑页面,最多可以保存48个场景。

2.场景编辑,将使用的葫芦号输入编组中,设置好高度,点击下方存场景的任何一个场景号,比如图片29.png中。Scene editor, set the height of the hyacinth number used in the input group and click on any scene number in the scene belowsuch as图片30.png in

注意:如果只要用到2路葫芦,其他没有用到的1路编组中序号设置为0号,否则,将会发生故障。Note: If only use 2-way Gourd, other unused 1-way marshalling set the serial number to 0, otherwise, will happen.

2.4.1运行场景Run Scene

1.点击右上角的绿色启动图片25.png按钮,在按钮下方出现集中状态字样,表示系统在集中控制状态。

3.启动运行场景:调用场景完成后,摇动摇杆向上,葫芦将会根据设定的高度自动运行,在到达设定高度后,将自动停止。

4.停止场景:如果在运行过程中,摇动摇杆向下,本场景运行停止,又可以进行下一个场景的运行。

3. 参数设定Parameter Settings

参数设定由高度修正,限位设定,脉冲设定三部分组成。下面逐一介绍参数设定的作用。Parameter setting consists of height correction, limit setting and pulse setting. The following is a breakdown of the function of parameter setting.

3.1  限位设定:Limit settings:

1.限位设定:本限位是冲顶保护,硬上下限位之外的第三级的保护功能。Limit setting: This limit is the protection of the top, the protection of the third level of the upper and lower limit.

2.点击限位设定按钮,将出现如下界面,在杆号对应的输入框中,设定葫芦运行的上限位和下限位的高度。Click on the limit setting button and the following interface will appear. In the input box for the bar number, set the height of the upper and lower limits of the Gourd.

3.设定的原则是:上限位的值小于硬上限的值,下限位的值大于硬下限的值。The principle is that the value of the upper limit bit is less than the value of the hard limit, and the value of the lower limit is greater than the value of the hard lower limit.

3.2  高度修正:Height correction:

1.高度修正:此设置是为葫芦设置基准点,一般由专业人员调试完毕后,除了专业人员,此值不可随意更改。Height correction: This setting is set for Gourd datum, generally by the professional after debugging, except the professional, this value can not be changed at will.

3.3  脉冲设定:此项由专业人员调试设定,操作人员不可随意更改,否则将会发生错误。Pulse Settings: This option is set by a professional, and the operator is not allowed to change it, otherwise an error will occur.

四.其他事项Other matters

 

1.  首先要打开自动控制台电源,如果需要用手动控制,将手动/自动开关切换到手动位置,方可操作手动台。切换到自动位置,方可操作自动台。First, turn on the automatic console power source. If manual control is required, switch the manual / automatic switch to the manual position before operating the manual desk. Switch to automatic position before operating the automatic desk.

2.  在操作前,必须启动控制台的启动按钮,启动电机总电源。Before operation, the starting button of the console must be activated to start the total power supply of the motor.

3.  如果电脑无法读取各葫芦数据,此时,应该检查电脑和控制台的通信线是否连接好。If the computer can not read the data, at this time, should check the computer and console communication lines connected.

4.  使用电脑操作时,控制台必须处于自动工作模式。编场必须在电脑上运行。When operating on a computer, the console must be in automatic working mode. The marshalling must run on the computer.

5.  在每次使用之前,应对所有需要使用的葫芦进行检查,对需要精确定位的葫芦及位置值出现明显偏差的葫芦先进行一次修正。具体操作为:将葫芦手动降到低位,手动测出葫芦的位置。在操作软件的修正界面,将修正值设为实际测量值,并按下修正按钮修正。Before each use, all the gourds that need to be used should be checked, and the Gourd that need to be accurately located and the position of the value of a significant deviation of the Gourd is first corrected. 6.  在操作过程中,如果发现数据有明显偏差,或有异常响声,此时应该打开电机后罩盖,检查传感器是否脱落或有刮擦现象。In the course of operation, if the data is found to have obvious deviation, or abnormal noise, at this time should open the rear cover of the motor, check whether the sensor fall off or scratch phenomenon.

7.  如果设备长时间未使用,强电柜内会集灰。应定期用电吹风清除交流接触器上的灰尘。否则交流接触器触点会出现接触不良的现象。

If the equipment is not used for a long time, dust will be collected in the strong cabinet. Dust on AC contactors should be regularly removed with a hair dryer. Otherwise, the contact point of AC contactor will have bad contact.

8.  在演出过程中如果发现电动葫芦异常,应立即按下急停按钮,切断电机总电源。待问题处理完以后方可重新启动。If the electric hoist is found abnormal during the performance, the emergency stop button should be pressed immediately to cut off the motor's total power supply. After the problem is processed, it can be restarted.
